Operator and scope

The Görkem Studio website is operated by Görkem Atlayan. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact and complaints: info@gorkematlayan.com. These terms describe use of the portfolio and service-information website. Personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Requests and proposals

General website information and starting prices are not a binding offer for a specific engagement. Submitting a contact form alone does not start work. Scope, fees/currency, tax, payment, delivery, revision limits, cancellation and usage rights are set out in a separately accepted proposal or contract. Accepting a proposal sent to you may have legal effect under its terms. These website terms do not amend an accepted proposal or contract.

Content and intellectual property

Rights in text, designs and images belong to Görkem Atlayan or the relevant rights holder. Client marks and third-party works remain their owners' property. You may browse the site and share its links; this does not license commercial reproduction, resale or use of source files. Statutory exceptions remain available. Rights to commissioned work are defined by separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Unauthorised access, bypassing security, automated requests disrupting the service, malicious content and unauthorised submission of others' personal data are prohibited. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Necessary and proportionate access restrictions may be applied to stop technical abuse.

Accuracy, links and responsibility

We take care to keep information accurate and current; errors can be reported to our contact address. Portfolio examples do not guarantee future commercial outcomes or specific performance. External destinations are controlled by their operators. Interruptions or errors can occur; this does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer, data-protection, withdrawal and remedy rights remain unaffected. These terms are not a general waiver of rights.

Updates and disputes

The current version and date appear on this page. Updates do not retrospectively or unilaterally amend accepted contracts, or create new data-processing permission. You may contact us first about a concern, but this does not restrict direct access to a competent court or supervisory authority. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow mandatory legal rules; these terms do not deprive consumers of access to legally competent bodies.
